What do you mean or understand the term, Integrated Field Work Practice and its Objectives in Social Work Profession.


 Integrated field work practice. This is the integral part of social work education and it’s an approach to instructions and learning through which social work as a profession facilitate student to become practitioner through community involvement activities.  In social work  profession integrated field work practice as  subject that  aims to prepare a student  to go to  practice in real life  so as to help people to solve his/her problem in the society. 

Field work practice. This refer to a consciously planned  set of experience  occurring in a practice getting, designed  to more  students from their  initial level of understanding, skills  and attitude to level  associated with autonomous social work practice.

Social work profession. This a practice based  profession and academic discipline that  promote  social change  and development, social cohesion and the empowerment and liberation off people .The principle of social justice, human rights, collective responsibility, and respect for diversity are the central to social work , under pinned  by theories of social work , social science, humanity, and indigenous knowledge, social work  engage  people and structure to address life challenge and enhance wellbeing. (IFSW2014).
